Shipping Policy — The Trend Wardrobe

Processing time: Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:

- Standard shipping (US): calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. Typical delivery is 5–10 business days after dispatch.

- International shipping: available at checkout to select countries; delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs, but if your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, contact us and we'll help track it down.

Incorrect address: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot reroute orders once they've shipped, and reshipment costs for incorrect addresses are the customer's responsibility.

Damaged or lost items: If your order arrives damaged or appears lost, email us at thetrendwardrobe67@gmail.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date) and we'll make it right..
